You’ll receive 4 full weeks of dietitian-created meal plans, weekly treat recipes, a private Facebook community, a Strava movement challenge, mindset tools, a snack guide, and optional supplement recommendations. Everything unlocks the moment you join so you can start preparing right away.
I’m busy during the holidays… will I actually be able to follow this?
Yes — the challenge is designed for busy, chaotic holiday schedules. Meals are simple, high-protein, and easy to prep. The mindset tools and movement challenges are intentionally minimal so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
Do I need to buy special foods or expensive ingredients?
Nope. Every recipe is built around affordable, accessible grocery-store ingredients. No specialty items required unless you choose to add optional supplements.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Most meals include gluten-free and dairy-free options, and many can be made low-carb or lower-fat depending on your needs. If you have unique restrictions, our dietitians in the Facebook group can help you adjust.
What if I fall off track or miss a few days?
Then you’re normal — and you’re still welcome. The challenge isn’t all-or-nothing. You’ll have weekly guidance, accountability, and support to help you reset quickly without starting over.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You keep all downloadable content forever — meal plans, handouts, recipes, guides, everything. The Facebook group runs through the end of the challenge, but the resources are yours to use year after year.
