Do I need a referral to get started?
No. You can contact us directly. Send a message using the form above or call the office nearest you and we will take it from there.
What about insurance?
Coverage varies quite a bit from plan to plan, so we go through it with you on the phone rather than guessing here. Send us a message and someone from our office will walk through your options with you.
How long until someone gets back to me?
Usually the same business day. Our offices are open Monday through Thursday, 8AM to 1PM and 2PM to 6PM. Messages sent Friday through Sunday are answered the next business day.
Can I just call instead?
Of course. Every office has its own line, listed above. If you are not sure which location is right for you, call any of them and they will help you sort it out.
