"I committed to a low-carb lifestyle and tracked everything I ate — the good and the bad. I cut out fast food and delivery, started cooking more, and added activity to my daily life. From riding my recumbent bike to yard work, mountain biking, walking, and even traveling, I found new ways to stay active and enjoy the process.
